Arvi Experiences offers two lines of exclusive services: 

Gold Temple: Personalized sensory therapeutic touch sessions at home, inspired by precious stones and designed for deep wellbeing. 

Sueño de Cristal: Artistic planning of intimate weddings and unique celebrations, with emotional and aesthetic attention. 

Services are provided by appointment only, in a private and confidential manner, in accordance with the level of excellence and sensitivity that defines us.

2. ACCEPTABLE USE 

The User agrees to use the services for personal, non-commercial purposes and not to engage in any action that may harm the integrity, reputation, or operation of Arvi Experiences. Copying, reproducing, or unauthorized use of content, images, texts, or any element belonging to this brand is strictly prohibited.

3. BOOKINGS AND COMMUNICATION 

By making a booking or contacting us, the User authorizes Arvi Experiences to communicate via email, phone, or instant messaging. Appointment confirmations and specific conditions will be handled individually and confidentially.

4. MINORS 

Our services are intended exclusively for persons over 18 years old or minors accompanied by a legal guardian. In all cases, use is limited to adults with full legal capacity.

All content published under the name of Arvi Experiences (texts, images, designs, names, rituals, phrases, etc.) is protected by copyright. Total or partial reproduction is prohibited unless expressly authorized in writing.

Arvi Experiences reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. In the event of substantial changes, Users will be notified in advance.

These Terms are governed by Spanish law, as well as local regulations applicable in Sweden and Nicaragua, in accordance with the territories where services are provided.

Arvi Experiences shall not be held liable for interruptions in access, technical errors, or external factors that prevent the timely provision of services. However, we are committed to offering alternatives and solutions that preserve the client experience.
